Located in Lansdowne Park in Ottawa is The Element High School, a private school for students in grades 7-12. In 2017, we participated in the redevelopment of the school being located in an existing building to accommodate several unique classes such as mechanical, woodworking, art and music workshops. These classes allow the Montessori School to offer a unique and specialized approach to education for their students. For the entire project, our team took care of the design of the mechanical and electrical systems as well as the construction’s supervision. With energy efficiency and cost reduction in mind, the firm opted for water-to-water heat pump systems and LED lighting.
