495 Boulevard Industriel, Gatineau
Located in the industrial sector of the city of Gatineau, this building which was completed in 2020 was designed to house the head office and plant of Soudure Marc Marine. The 30 000 square foot building includes a manufacturing plant, administration offices, a conference room, a bistro and relaxation area. The plant currently has 16 welding stations and the 1200A electrical input selected by our firm allows for the addition of approximately 10 more stations. Variable frequency motors and LED lighting were chosen to reduce electrical consumption. In addition, to contribute to the industrial style of the building, exposed ceiling vents were prioritized.
