The head office of the company is located in Gatineau but the firm works in the Outaouais, Eastern Ontario and Quebec regions.

In 2006, Michel Larouche, a graduate in electrical engineering from Polytechnique, decided to take advantage of his years in engineering expertise by founding his own company. In 2011, Larouche Conseil was founded and obtained its first mandates. In 2019, Pier-Olivier Campeau joined the company as a partner. This resulted in a new name for the firm: Larouche Campeau et Associés. Today, 20 professionals in the field contribute to the expertise of the LCA Group in many different fields and areas.
