The Horizon project consisted of six construction phases. Each phase included the construction of a 47 unit residential building distributed over 4 floors and a common underground parking lot. The project, located in the Plateau area, offers luxury and comfort with one bedroom, two bedroom and penthouse units that include a mezzanine on the top floor.
