2451 Riverside Drive, Ottawa
The project consisted of a major renovation of a space including a gymnasium, a bowling alley, an office space and a cafeteria. The space was renovated to accommodate Olympic committees from across Canada. The gym became a modern presentation space, the bowling alley became several office spaces. The main challenge of this project was to modify all ventilation systems due to the change in classification of each room. In addition, the changes required to the electrical entrance were major and a new distribution board was installed for the electrical entrance.
