The project Havre Lucerne consisted of the construction of a residential building of 200 dwellings distributed on two towers of 10 floors as well as an underground parking. This project, which is part of a sustainable development perspective, respects and relies on three main principles of modern urban furniture. The mechanical and electrical systems are carefully chosen to respect the sustainable development perspective of the project.
